Zerobridge Partners is an investment management and advisory company focused on the credit, distressed and special situations markets in the Asia Pacific region.

About Us

The firm focuses on bespoke and privately-negotiated financing solutions for companies, in particular small and medium enterprises and their entrepreneurial owners.

The firm will also opportunistically look to acquire attractively-priced credit assets in the region's illiquid secondary markets.

In addition, Zerobridge Partners (“Zerobridge”) provides certain advisory services. We help corporate clients in their capital-raising needs, focusing on cross-border financings into and out of the Asia Pacific region; and institutional investors in sourcing deals, doing due diligence and monitoring their investments in the region.

The firm’s principals are a unique combination of internationally experienced investors and financiers with deep local networks, and significant structuring and deal experience.

Philosophy

At Zerobridge, we believe that one solution doesn’t fit all and that private lending can often provide better solutions for businesses than those provided by traditional banking and capital markets.

Zerobridge is well-positioned to focus on these special situations and to become a leading provider of capital and ideas.

Our approach is to work in partnership with companies and their shareholders to craft deal-specific structures. This custom financing approach allows for creative solutions with an emphasis on principal-protection and alignment of interests of our investors with those of the corporates and their controlling shareholders. For our investors, this provides superior, uncorrelated, risk adjusted returns versus the public markets.

We excel in situations where there is: (i) collateral complexity, (ii) structural complexity, (iii) the need for confidentiality, (iv) a need for speed of execution, and / or (v) a need for financing of a size or nature that is challenging for the traditional capital markets.

We don’t belive in the zero-sum game – we only succeed when our investee companies, investors, clients and other partners triumph. Our relationships with corporate houses, advisors and other market participants make us what we are and we approach them with integrity, transparency and with a long-term perspective.
